Our inaugural event was held in Philadelphia on 10/16/25
Fourteen organizations that support Philadelphia’s professional women and over 150 attendees came out for a night of connection. Our goal was to amplify our collective impact, forge meaningful connections, and create lasting connections that fuel personal and professional growth.
What we learned was crucial: Women want to stay connected to the larger community even if we can't each join every group we would like to. The Sisterhood Summit aims to address that need throughout the year by sponsoring events and communications that bring the various organizations together consistently.
Coming in 2026 the Sisterhood Summit will partner with organizations in the city and suburbs:
Monthly breakfast series where business owners come together to plan, discuss and promote their business ideas
Monthly after-hours sessions in the Philadelphia suburbs designed to connect corporate women and increase learning and development opportunities outside work
Quarterly cocktail hours in Philadelphia that will bring together women looking for social connection with a dash of professional networking
